Our service of residence and canine nursery offers a temporary space for your furry relatives, where they will be cared with love, care and all the attention they deserve.
Our guests will enjoy daily walks tailored to their needs.
We know that for them it’s not just a walk, it’s the perfect opportunity to explore, socialize, exercise and enjoy all the outside world has to offer. We do not follow time or schedule because we want quality to be more abundant than quantity.
These rides will be done outside our facilities and individual or group rides will be valued based on compatibility with other residents at the time.
We accept all types of breeds, crosses and sizes.
We accept dogs with emotional disturbances (in these cases it must be indicated at the time of booking, with the commitment to organize a prior assessment by the educators).
For stays of dogs with reactive behaviors, and especially, with a history of aggression to people, the necessary education sessions prior to the stay will be required.
What do you need to bring?
To ensure a comfortable and safe stay remember to bring the following:
- Passport or booklet with relevant and updated vaccines as specified in the Law 11/2016 of 28 June “tinença i de protecció d’animals”.
- Dog’s own bed or blanket.
- Garment (unwashed) of the human reference.
- Food in case you do not want to change your diet, better in its original bag.
- Harness (better than collar) in the shape of “H” or “Y”.
With these 5 things we take care of giving him all the care and affection he deserves.
How does our faithful friend feel when he first stays in a residence?
No one can have a certain answer to this question but we can know that he will feel insecure and may doubt whether his family will ever come back for him. It is therefore necessary, for new residents, to initiate an adaptation protocol.
1st VISIT
The first contact is very important. It consists of a visit with your furry, where he will be able to know the environment, the residence and our educators.
Duration: 15 to 30 min.
Objective: To know each other without worries.
2nd VISIT
Spend a few hours in our nursery. We will walk alone with your dog. We will present room and presentations with other furry, whenever possible.
Duration: 2h to 4h.
Objective: To meet your furry friend without your presence.
3rd VISIT
Spend a night in our residence.
Duration: Entry from 17h to 19h and departure at 9h the next day.
Objective: Help the dog understand that, even after the night, you will come to look for him. We can also inform the guardians how he has managed.
